Effective August 1, 2026, the bulk water rate will increase from $7.00 to $7.50 per cubic metre.
The RM would like to remind users that it does not profit from bulk water sales. The rate charged reflects only the costs of purchasing and supplying water.
This water is sourced from Buffalo Pound and delivered through the City of Moose Jaw’s infrastructure. As a result, the rates charged to the Caron/Mortlach Regional Public Utility Board are established by the City of Moose Jaw. The Utility Board and its representatives will continue to work with the City in an effort to keep water costs as affordable as possible.
